Compensation & Schedule

• Base salary: $120,000 – $160,000 DOE + production bonus
• Full time or part time schedules available
• Clinic hours: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM (weekend shifts optional)

What You Will Do

• Provide high-quality medical and surgical care with a focus on patient safety and clear client communication
• Perform soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and manage anesthesia cases
• Use in-house diagnostics, digital/dental radiography, ultrasound, and electrosurgery/Ligasure
• Collaborate with licensed technicians and assistants to deliver excellent outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• DVM or VMD with an active or eligible Washington license
• Comfort with surgery and dentistry preferred (mentorship available)
• Strong communication, empathy, and team orientation

We focus on surgery dentistry and urgent care and we invest in tools that help you do your best work.

Pay and Hours

• $28.00 to $32.00 per hour depending on experience and credentials
• Full time or part time schedules available
• Clinic hours 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability preferred as services expand

What You Will Do

• Induce, monitor, and recover anesthesia with a focus on patient safety
• Perform dental scaling and polishing, dental radiographs, and periodontal charting
• Assist with or perform simple extractions based on skill and training
• Set up, maintain, and turn over the surgical and dental suites
• Place IV catheters, draw blood, administer medications, and perform in house diagnostics
• Provide patient nursing care and clear client education
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, stock supplies, and support the team wherever needed

This Role Is Perfect If You

• Hold a current Washington LVT license or are eligible to obtain one
• Bring at least two years of experience, ideally with surgery and dentistry
• Are confident with anesthesia monitoring and dental workflows
• Communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and work well with a team

As a small but expanding clinic our team is hands on with every case from routine wellness visits to advanced surgeries.

Pay and Hours

• $18.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience
• Full time or part time schedules available 8 to 40 hours per week
• Clinic hours 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM
• Weekend availability strongly preferred

What You Will Do

• Assist in exams, surgeries, and dental cleanings
• Collect patient histories and review care plans with clients
• Handle patients safely for treatments and procedures
• Perform in house diagnostics and monitor patient vitals
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, stock supplies, and prep the surgical suite
• Sterilize instruments, manage laundry, and help with basic facility upkeep
• Support team members proactively wherever needed

• Have at least one year of veterinary assistant experience
