What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple phone lines and client communications efficiently
• Schedule appointments and coordinate daily patient flow
• Check patients in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate records
• Assist with prescription refills, reminders, and follow-up calls
• Quickly clean and reset exam rooms between patients
• Keep the reception and waiting areas tidy, calm, and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

• Fast, organized, and calm under pressure — able to juggle many tasks gracefully
• Friendly and professional communication style with clients and teammates
• Comfortable using technology and learning veterinary software (IDEXX Neo a plus)
• Prior veterinary or medical front desk experience preferred, but we can train the right person
• Team player who takes initiative to keep things running smoothly

Pay and Benefits

• $17.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience
• Full-time or part-time schedules available
