Hello! We’re Holly Vet Clinic — a brand-new, independently owned veterinary practice located in Kenmore, just northeast of Seattle. What We Offer
- $18 – $22/hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Full-time (5 days/week, 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Weekend availability: Optional weekend work

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced veterinary receptionist who thrives in a team-oriented environment and enjoys interacting with clients. Personality fit: We value positivity, reliability, and teamwork above all else. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for animals and their owners are key to thriving in this position. Prior experience is a plus, but not a requirement. However, customer service experience is required, as you’ll need to be comfortable interacting with dozens of clients each day.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the face of the clinic, so responsibilities include greeting and checking in clients, scheduling appointments, processing payments, managing phone and email communication, and coordinating messages between clients and staff. You’ll also help maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning and resetting exam rooms between patients.
