Hello! We’re Holly Vet Clinic, an independently owned veterinary practice located in Kenmore, just northeast of Seattle. We’re building a strong team culture and looking for the right person to join our skilled and compassionate animal care team.

What We Offer

• $18 - $22/hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week, 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM
• Weekend availability optional
• Supportive team environment with knowledgeable staff
• Hands-on experience in an independent small animal practice

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service experience required
• Veterinary receptionist experience preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable interacting with clients throughout a busy day
• Reliable, organized, and able to work well in a team environment

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients and pets and manage check-in and check-out
• Schedule appointments and coordinate client communication by phone and email
• Process payments and maintain accurate front desk records
• Relay messages between clients and veterinary staff
• Help maintain a clean and organized reception and exam room environment
