Holly Vet Clinic is a modern, privately owned small animal hospital in Kenmore, Washington. We are built around a simple idea: veterinarians do their best work when the day is structured, the team is strong, and the culture is respectful.

Flexible Schedule
Part-time or full-time options. Full-time schedule is Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM. We aim for consistency, fairness, and sustainability.
Protected Appointment Length
30-minute appointments as the standard so you can practice thoughtfully and communicate clearly without feeling rushed.
Realistic Daily Flow
We prioritize a workable schedule and a healthy pace. The day is designed to support good medicine, not burnout.
Strong Support Staff Ratio
Our team structure supports doctors effectively so you can focus on medicine, client communication, and case management.
Specialty-Level Tools, GP Setting
This is a general practice environment with equipment that lets you work up cases and perform procedures at a high level. If you enjoy interesting medicine, you will have the tools to do it well.

Experienced vets: If you want dedicated blocks to complete interesting surgeries or build out specific procedure days, we are open to structuring your schedule to support that.

New graduates are welcome. Our mentorship is not a vague promise. It is structured from your first day through your first year, with support that evolves as your confidence and efficiency grow.

Long-Term Growth
We love long-term relationships. For the right fit, there is room to grow beyond an associate role, including leadership responsibilities and a potential ownership pathway over time. This is not a requirement to apply, and it is never a pressure point. It is simply available for candidates who want to build something long term.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is based on experience and fit within the range below. We are happy to share full details during the first conversation.
- $120,000 to $200,000 depending on experience (pro-rated for part-time)
