Your Typical Week

• Flexible schedule options — 8 AM–6 PM or 9 AM–5 PM depending on your preference.
• Choose your focus: surgery-heavy days, general practice, or a balanced mix.
• Collaborate directly with the owner on case discussions and workflow improvements.

Equipment and Resources

• IDEXX in-house lab (Catalyst, ProCyte, SediVue)
• Digital radiography and dental radiography
• Ultrasound and point-of-care imaging
• Electrosurgery and Ligasure for routine soft tissue procedures
• Upcoming orthopedic and advanced surgical capabilities

Compensation and Benefits

• $120,000–$160,000 base salary DOE plus production, no negative accrual
• PTO, retirement plan, and employee pet care discounts

Who We’re Looking For

• DVM/VMD with active or eligible Washington license
• Strong interest in surgery and dentistry — mentorship available
