Compensation And Benefits

• Base salary 120,000 to 160,000 DOE plus production bonus
• PTO, retirement plan, health insurance eligibility and employee pet care discounts
• CE allowance with support for practical skill development
• Full time or part time schedules with optional weekend shifts

What You Bring

• DVM or VMD with an active or eligible Washington license
• Interest in surgery and dentistry mentorship available if you are building confidence
• Clear communication, empathy and a team first mindset
